Corporate business travel is often not handled directly by the corporation

Most people do not realize that corporations typically do not handle traveling situations themselves. They hire someone or a company to do all of their corporate business travel arrangements for them. Someone is responsible for finding the best possible deal that they can for plane tickets, rental cars and even hotel arrangements. It saves the corporation from having to deal with the little hassles that typically come from trying to plan for an employee to travel, especially if they have employees that travel often.
