The Best

As a small website owner, I can tell you that Uzoom’s chat software is the best I have ever used. I run a small tech support site and I must say, the communication I have now with my customers who are looking for help is 10 times better than what it was when I had to deal with emails. I lost track of emails, sent different solutions to the wrong customers, and it just was an overall fiasco. But with this software, I can sit there with the customer and walk them through it step by step as they tell me what it is they are doing. I must say, it is great.
