Another way to avoid joint pain through natural living is to drink enough water during the course of any given day. The composition of the human body includes about 67% water, coincidentally approximately the same amount contained on the surface of the earth. Like the water on the earth, the water inside of us doesn’t just sit there. It is responsible for the movement of nutrients and waste products and serves as the medium that supports our very lives. While there is no obvious direct connection between water deprivation and joint pain, having too much or too little can cause problems.
