Home made cookies are in a lot of ways different from commercial cookies in bags sold in stores. Here’s a tip on how to make one. Prepare a small bowl and combine two to four cups of flour. Also, mix it with one teaspoon of baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, put a couple of sticks (or 1 cup) of softened unsalted butter, 3/4 of a cup of white sugar (the granulated kind), 3/4 of cup of packed brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla flavoring. That will do it.
