A small cap stock is a stock with capitalization under $1 billion. Some people invest in these stocks because they don’t want to deal with large companies and all the hype that comes with them. However when you look to find day trading penny stocks there are many small cap stocks out there. You just have to know where to look. Getting inside tips from ex-traders, financial advisers, various company websites or friends or family you know, are great ways to make a decision about which stock to invest in. Whether the stock you choose is small cap, mid cap or large cap, any investment should be thought about carefully.
