If you are thinking about buying a home, here a few things that you should know. First of all, make sure that your loan is in place before you start looking for a home. Nothing is more frusterating than finding the perfect home, only to find out that you can’t get a loan to buy it!

The second tip is to make sure you invest in a home inspection, it may cost a few hundred dollars up front, but if the home has any potential problems you’ll want to know up front.

Lastly, be ready to be patient! In this market the banks are taking extra precautions, and deals typically take longer to close. If you are interested in homes for sale in Sugar House let me know!
