Be United as Parents

August 12th, 2009

Having children can be a huge blessing but it is also one of the biggest conflicts in a marriage. As ironic as that is, what brings us together can tear us apart. Everybody is raised differently with different families and traditions. When we come together, love is supposed to conquer all, but the fact is that real life happens and there’s a wake up call. You can save marriage by allowing your kids be a strong point for you as a couple. Don’t ever let your kids use you to get to your spouse. Be respectful of what your spouse has said or done. If you disagree, discuss it later. Present a united front with the kids.
