Wondering Where I Can Get Cheap Dental Implants

A few years ago, when I was in the military I had to have some teeth pulled. At the time, having them replaced was not an option. Now, I am really bothered by the fact that I am missing some teeth but I do not have a lot of money to replace them. I am wondering where I can get cheap dental implants. I want something that looks nice but does not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been looking online for dentists in my area that do this type of work and I am hoping to find someone soon.
