Pass a Test

I am not a politically correct person, and I have no problem admitting that. I say what I think, and call things like they are, no matter what people think. And it’s not like I say things that nobody else thinks, I’m just the one to say it. I think that people should be required to pass some sort of test before they are able to have children. That way, there wouldn’t be so many horrible parents out there. You know you have thought about it before. I know that you can’t regulate reproduction, which is probably a good thing in itself. But I think that parents should at least be required, by law, to have family medical insurance if they have kids.
