How Exercise Can Improve Your Memory After 50

It is normal for you to find it harder to remember names or quickly recall facts as you age. This is even more common if you are overweight or otherwise unfit. When your body is forced to focus on physical functions, the cognitive capabilities suffer. The good news is scientist have proven that over 50 exercise can improve memory. Studies have shown that the increased blood flow from exercise has improved the reasoning and recognition of seniors in as little as 3 months. Exercise was more productive with both aerobic and anaerobic exercises which improve blood flow and heart health.
