Health food with a bang!

When it comes to eating healthier most people who are not accustomed to eating healthy foods would think that this means giving up taste for healthy eating. The reality is that there are many ways to have your cake and literally eat it too! One of the most healthy foods on the planet is the Acai berry. This berry has an arsenal of vitamins and most importantly the highest (several times higher than the blueberry) level of antioxidants on the planet. You can get many Acai Recipes to make delicious foods that either use a product with acai berry in it, or that include it in supplement powder form (like making acai berry chocolate or brownies).
