Improving Our Web Site

I’ve been put in charge of improving the company web site, and I can tell already it’s going to be a lot of work. I have to find a designer to get a new look and feel, and then I need to look into web analytics services to see how our traffic is doing. I think we’re doing all right as far as overall pageviews are concerned, but I want to know which parts of our site need the most work. Then comes the hard part – figuring out what to do about them! I’d better get a big raise for this.
