Giving the Right Advice

My brother called me a few days ago and told me that he was in a lot of trouble. He had already told me that he could not pay back the loan that he had borrowed. I asked him what sort of trouble he was in, and he told me that there were creditors calling him almost every day. I asked him if he had considered setting up an IVA, and he told me that he didn’t know what it was. I explained that it was an arrangement that would be set up where he pays a percentage of what he owes each month.
