Initially we were afraid of real estate investing. It seemed like such a huge leap of faith. We did have to exercise our faith obviously when we did decide to purchase our first few properties, but we learned that we didn’t have to be so anxious. The big thing we have found is just learning the game. It takes time and we have to be patient. We had to find a broker that we could work with on our Commercial Insurance since we focused on commercial units. That has been the best decision we ever made. We chose a niche and have devoted ourselves to really becoming experts in that area. So, we are doing rather well.
