Prepare To Learn Some DIY Battery Reconditioning Lessons

How many batteries have you already used in your life as of this time especially those rechargeable batteries? For sure, you can’t count them in your fingers and toes, right? Why, you can’t even count them on your hairs. That’s how many batteries you have already used. Well, that’s okay as long as you know how to handle them especially how to dispose them properly, you are not doing anything bad for the environment.  However, if you can learn some DIY battery reconditioning, you can begin to use those rechargeable batteries of yours for a longer extended time up to 5 times. For sure, you do want to learn how, right?

I Skip the Local Car Dealerships

I like to look through the local free magazine put out by all the car dealerships. I don’t look through it in hopes to find a good deal on a car. I look through it to see how much I saved by buying cheap used cars for sale online and not at that their dealerships. I see them listing cars that I have literally paid less than half their list price when I bought it online. It puts a huge smile on my face to see how much I have saved over dealerships. I will never step foot on another lot in my life.

Mobile Homes As Investments

There are many ways to use mobile homes as investments , including the one that follows.

Buy and sell mobiles. The key to making money buying and selling mobile homes is to buy for cash and sell by providing easy financing. The value added by making it easy for the buyer to own a mobile is reflected in the higher price you get. For example, you might bargain hard and buy a used mobile home in a park (check with the park owner to see if they allow non-residents to buy there) for $4,000. Perhaps it would sell for as much as $5,000 or $6,000 normally, but the seller needed a fast sale. Now, if you offer it for sale for a down payment of $500 and payments of just $200 per month, you may be able to get as much as $10,000 for it. The buyer, after all, is looking at the fact that it still will be less than renting an apartment, even with the park’s lot rent and the payment to you. Of course, you will also make money in interest, which can be fairly high too if you keep the payments low.
