Dog Food Ingredients

Do we now have to be subjected to the leftists on dog sites? DO NOT listen to the writer. Dog food should primarily be comprised of protein (meat based) foods as the first ingredient. Vegetable based food do not meet an animals needs.

You see, when dog foods have corn and other wheat ingredients, they just act as filler.  Your dog  does not need these types of ingredients in their food in order to survive.

What do you want ot bet that the author is a Vegan and now wants to push her agenda on the animal kingdom.  I wouldn’t be surprised!

Don’t Wear Your Breakup On Your Sleeve

When you are bummed out, you sometimes tend to let your appearance slide. Leaving the house with greasy hair, dressed in your most comfortable – and unflattering – fat pants become the norm. You tell yourself “who really cares? Life is nothing but all-consuming sadness which eclipses everything else, right?

You can move on through this relationship setback a helluva lot faster by looking toward the future if you keep on thinking about your past emotional affair with your ex-boyfriend. We’re not talking about calling the psychic hotline here. We mean you should envision yourself that anyone (including you) has never seen.

Musical Family in Our Block

It’s been an interesting week. One of our neighbors have a lot of extended family living with them. It’s a big house, and lots of room, so whenever someone is down on their luck they tend to show up there.

Usually we hear piano music pouring through the windows, since the neighbor is a pianist, but this week there’s been all kinds of Rock Music. Turns out that his kids had a band when they were teenagers, and three of them are back home now, so they set up their gear and played some of their old setlist. Tell you what - it wasn’t half bad!

Musical family.

Determine A 15 vs 30 Year Mortgage

When you purchase a home, you’ll have the option to get a 15 year or a 30 year mortgage. If you opt for the 30 year mortgage (like most people do) you will end up pay thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars in interest alone. A 15 vs 30 year mortgage will help you save money on interest; however, a lot of people cannot afford the higher payments that come with a 15 year mortgage. The best advice is to take a look at your finances and determine what you can afford right now. Each person’s situation will be different.

New Ideas for Science Fair Projects

I usually am not very good at coming up with ideas for the science fair projects. That is why this year I decided to get some help.  I found this web site that gives you all kinds of ideas for a project.  I am in the very Beginning stages of the project but am very excited about the results that I find.  I am trying to figure out if there really is any connection between eating breakfast in the morning as it is connected with performance at school.  I am not exactly sure how I am going to get all the data.  But it’s going to be awesome to find out.

Fashionable Fans

One boring weekend I decided to create Quick Handmade Gifts in the form of what I call my uber-fashionable fans.    I took out some art materials from my room: cardboard, glue, colored papers and metallic pens. I planned on specific fan shape and design and to whom will I give it. The fan should depict the personality of the person I will be giving to. Here are the fans I made for various people:*my mom- made a fan in the form of a coffee mug because she loves coffee in the    morning*my sister- gave her a fan shaped in her favorite cartoon character and added a little beadwork for her girly personality*my sporty best friend- gave her a soccer ball fan since she’s a varsity player in school   *my trendsetting friend- gave her various designs of fans in all colors and materials imaginable*my grandmother- gave her floral hand painted fan. It shows her love for her garden.

Positive Thoughts on Early Childhood Education

Children today are now exposed to life experiences at a much earlier age than previously.  With both parents in the work force, they are brought to Day Care. While some see this as a negative thing which takes away from child/parent relationship, in my opinion it produces a more well rounded and social child. Philosophy of early childhood education to date has produced some phenomenal results. We see children reading at the age of three whereas in past years this did not occur until possibly age six or seven when they entered kindergarten or the first grade. Socialization is also an important part of my philosophy of early education and its benefits.
