I am not a person that learns by reading a book or following instructions. I need to be shown what to do and then I need to get my hands dirty and figure it out on my own. So when I decided to change my business so that I could accept credit cards I knew that it was going to be a challenge. Luckily there was a company that actually walked me through the entire process and did not make me sit down to read through a manual first.
