Sometimes it gets tiring back linking to my website

Unless you decide to go for pay per click, you need to do some website optimization which includes building backlinks over time.  If you build too fast some say you’ll end up in the google sandbox.  When backlinking to my website, and make sure that I’m getting a link from a high quality web site.  If I get a back link from a low quality web site, this may have a negative effect on my website.  Of course this is a theory because nobody knows exactly how it works.  Unfortunately for some, when search engine algorithms change, their whole business is gone.

Don’t Short Sell When Filing Bankruptcy

Many people filing for bankruptcy protection ask the question whether they should proceed with a short sale on their real estate.  The bottom line, is that if you are filing for bankruptcy, you should forget about a short sale in most situations. The short sale then triggers a host of problems that the borrower does not discover until later. But if you are filing bankruptcy, there is usually no reason for the short sale.  In fact, the short sale generally hurts more than helps you. The short sale actually triggers a taxable event and allows the lender to issue a 1099-A or 1099-C.  This is sent to the IRS and essentially states that you received income that you now need to pay taxes on.  In the forgoing example, you would then need to pay taxes on $100,000 of income.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

For people who cannot get enought of the small tiny little piece of cookie they will settle for GGiant Chocolate Chip Cookie. Nothing beats home made cookie. Aside from the fact that you will enjoy making this, you will also further develop your cooking skills. Home made cookies are in a lot of ways different from commercial cookies in bags sold in stores. Here’s a tip on how to make one. Prepare a small bowl and combine two to four cups of flour. Also, mix it with one teaspoon of baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, put a couple of sticks (or 1 cup) of softened unsalted butter, 3/4 of a cup of white sugar (the granulated kind), 3/4 of cup of packed brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla flavoring. That will do it.
