I am thinking of losing a couple of pounds because I want to fit in my old clothes. Because I have gained like 15 pounds, there are some jeans that don’t fit me anymore. I have done some simple exercises, but I think that I need to do advanced fat loss workouts. I have talked to some people already that know a lot about fitness and they told me that they are going to help me.
I really want to lose this weight because I don’t have money to buy new clothes; and I do like all my old clothes.
