My husband and I own several rental properties that bring us a very nice monthly income. While the income is nice, this business model is not without a large amount of headaches. My husband takes care of all of the maintenance issues while I take care of collecting rent payments. The number of requests for maintenance repairs is killing my husband. We have talked it oer and decided that it is time to start looking for property management companies to take care of the maintenance and rent collections tasks. I am looking forward to getting rid of the headaches, but am hoping that it is not too expensive.

The company that I work for requires me to spend at least two weeks each month away from home. I don’t really mind, I enjoy travelling and meeting new people. With the help of my laptop and my mobile phone I’m able to stay in touch with my lovely wife, and other friends and family. I enjoy talking on the phone, and often talk for 2 to 3 hours a day. Having a good phone that I can rely on is really important to me. Staying in touch with friends and family when I’m on the road helps me stay grounded and focused.

I bet if you ask people for their favorite chicken stew recipe, they would give you a puzzled look. After all, isn’t stew made with beef? The answer to that questions is ‘no.’ In the state of Virginia, chicken stew has another name. It is known as Brunswick stew, and the main ingredient is chicken (although some people do use rabbit, especially if they live in rural areas). No one really knows the origins of Brunswick stew, but it is said to have originated in Brunswick County in southern Virginia. Regardless of its place of origin, Mrs. Fearnow of Hope Farm in Virginia distributes her chicken stew recipe under the label ‘Mrs. Fearnow’s Brunswick Stew with Chicken.’ If you are ever in Virginia, look for it in a local supermarket. Or, you can order it online from Castleberry’s brands.
