No Ordinary Indian Tabla

World History is making my head dizzy all the time. It is like a ring in my ear, an ordeal to sit in that class for an hour everyday. Today though, I think it is a bit interesting. Primarily this is because I really like it when the topic is about musical instruments… this one caught my attention- Indian tabla. I never heard much of the Indian tabla but I do find it interesting enough to be wishing I can have one.   I had my research about it and I was surprised as to how it easy it seems to play it. Can I have my own Indian tabla soon? Well, that I am not so sure but well, I can always work for it!

How I Reached My Weight Loss Goal

I recently participated in a weight loss program, and lost over twenty pounds. I needed to lose about ten more, but no amount of diet and exercise was doing the trick. I thought maybe that was going to be my new set point until one day I heard about Acai Berry. The program I listened to spoke about how it is a great weight loss tool, and can help melt away those last stubborn pounds. I ordered some, not really having any expectations. When I weighed myself two weeks after starting it, I had lost six pounds! One month later and I was at my goal. I look great!

Nighttime Wrinkle Creams that Work

The best wrinkle creams are designed for use at night, because that’s when cellular reparation and replacement goes on, but you really have to evaluate the ingredients.  For some reason, cosmetic companies think that it is a good idea to put sunscreen in night creams.  What’s the point?

Today, we see sunscreens in cleansers, makeup and moisturizers.  They are often the only active ingredient in anti-aging creams.  Do we not have the common sense to use sun-block when we need it?

Look for night time creams that contain Shea butter, avocado oil and Functional Keratin.  Those are truly “active” ingredients.

Great Field To Go To School For

One of the greatest fields of endeavor that you can choose to go to school for and excel in, is the wonderful yet fascinating science of psychology. To understand and work with the human psyche is amazing, and also very rewarding.

My cousin Larry decided that he wanted to go to school to get his psychology masters degree, because his mother had some psychological challenges that he wanted to try to understand, and also help her with. He found out quite a few things about her condition and how her mind worked, and was able to get her some treatment that allows her to still live at home.
